production of prototypes and structural components with an epoxy matrix, transformed under vacuum, and used as aircraft components, appendages for racing boats and parts for motorcycles in the Superbike world championship.<\/p><p>Since 1990, attention has been focused on the growing market of high quality components with relatively small dimensions, mainly in carbon fiber, and used in various applications, mainly in the sports and motorsport sectors.<\/p><p>Subsequently, with the introduction of press molding technology, the company has developed an advanced process that allows it to achieve significant productions in terms of volumes, while maintaining an excellent quality \/ price in Alano di Piave.<\/p><p>Today <strong>CDZ COMPOSITI<\/strong> works exclusively with pre-preg epoxy matrix raw material and with molds and equipment designed in-house and made with CNC machines. <br \/>With a large fleet of machines dedicated to hot forming in the press, we are able to guarantee a high production capacity and a competitive market price.<\/p><p>All products are processed and finished in our factory by work islands that use 6-axis anthropomorphic robots, CNC machining centers and modern CAD \/ CAM programs.<br \/>Our technical department is able to provide qualified consultancy and support for the development of new projects.<\/p><p>Experience and continuous technological innovation have allowed us to reach a very high level, thanks to which we are able to
