CDZ COMPOSITI was founded in 1986 by two friends, fascinated by innovative materials and with a passion for model aircraft.
Over time, the company has specialized in the development and production of prototypes and structural components with an epoxy matrix, transformed under vacuum, and used as aircraft components, appendages for racing boats and parts for motorcycles in the Superbike world championship.
Since 1990, attention has been focused on the growing market of high quality components with relatively small dimensions, mainly in carbon fiber, and used in various applications, mainly in the sports and motorsport sectors.
Subsequently, with the introduction of press molding technology, the company has developed an advanced process that allows it to achieve significant productions in terms of volumes, while maintaining an excellent quality / price ratio.
In the 2000s, with the entry of new partners who are expert producers in the eyewear sector, the company was consolidated in the new plant in Alano di Piave.
Today CDZ COMPOSITI works exclusively with pre-preg epoxy matrix raw material and with molds and equipment designed in-house and made with CNC machines.
With a large fleet of machines dedicated to hot forming in the press, we are able to guarantee a high production capacity and a competitive market price.
All products are processed and finished in our factory by work islands that use 6-axis anthropomorphic robots, CNC machining centers and modern CAD / CAM programs.
Our technical department is able to provide qualified consultancy and support for the development of new projects.
